Mental Health Department - Expansion

Our congratulations go out to Gabby Black who has finally been admitted to the Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme. Only individuals who meet the extremely high standard of knowledge, competence and client care receive this prestigious accreditation which allows them to undertake advocacy before the First Tier Tribunal (Mental Health).

In addition to this Gabby is also a qualified duty solicitor and police station representative meaning she is able to provide high quality legal advice to clients in all areas of work undertaken through our various legal aid contracts.

This recent accreditation significantly strengthens our commitment to mental health law and will ensure that all clients throughout the North West and North Wales are able to access person centred advice in a timely manner.
