Case Result - Acquittal

We recently secured an acquittal of a client with complex MH issues, RD, who was charged with Affray.

The Prosecution tried to impose an additional offence on the day of trial of threatening with a bladed article in a private place however, that was dismissed before proceedings began.

The trial proceeded on the charge of Affray and the jury delivered a not guilty verdict. We are delighted with the result.
